Out of the Box

On heavy paper print out the box template at familycrafts.about.com/cs/coloringpages/l/blboxtemplate.htm.  Cut it out.  Then on one side (this will be the outside of the box) list obstacles, frustrations, and dilemmas that press on you.  On the other side of the cutout (this will be the inside of the box) list activities that relieve your stress.  Add any decorations before folding and gluing.  Keep the lid open.  Don’t let the stressors make you feel boxed in.
